Jennifer joined 11th Hour Service in March 2017 and has been a highly-valued member and leader of the Company since that time. She has earned the respect of her peers, colleagues, clients, and subordinates with her tireless commitment to service delivery, continuous corporate improvement, and employee training and development. With over 15 years of experience in project management, financial management, and staff development, plus a unique ability to develop effective processes and procedures, Jennifer is poised to help 11th Hour Service strengthen its engagement operations, expand quality assurance processes, and add new clients and contracts. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, and a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Jennifer will be responsible for establishing and implementing performance and reporting standards for all engagements and service delivery, as well as leading the Career Success Program (CSP).
