11th Hour Service is proud to welcome Mark Horodowicz to its corporate family. Mark brings many talents and unique perspectives to our firm, alongside our growing ranks of veteran service members. Joining our Corporate Development Team, Mark will be driving business growth and corporate relationships in pursuit of 11th Hour Service’s mission to be the best, most reliable, and most responsive government contractor in the industry. Mark graduated from the US Naval Academy and is a former submariner and Navy diver. His Navy assignments included Resource Sponsor at OPNAV N97, Assistant Program Manager at the Supervisor of Shipbuilding in Newport News, and service onboard the USS BUFFALO, a forward-deployed fast attack submarine.
Mark’s MBA comes from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business, where he graduated with distinction. Mark volunteers as a US Naval Academy Blue and Gold Officer, supporting the school’s recruiting and outreach efforts and mentoring high school students interested in naval service.
