Falls Church, Virginia – March 13, 2026 – We are proud to announce that 11th Hour Service has been awarded a 5-year task order by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Housing Service (RHS) to deliver comprehensive mortgage loan servicing solutions in support of USDA’s single-family housing programs.
The Work
Under this contract, 11th Hour Service will provide end-to-end loan servicing support for USDA Rural Housing Service borrowers across the country. Our team will manage the full loan lifecycle, including:
- Payment Posting – Accurate and timely processing of borrower payments
- Escrow Processing – Management of tax, insurance, and escrow accounts
- Loss Mitigation – Helping distressed borrowers retain homeownership through workout solutions
- Real Estate-Owned (REO) Property Disposition – Managing and disposing of acquired properties efficiently
- Bankruptcy Processing – Navigating complex legal proceedings to protect government interests
- Loss Claim Processing – Resolving claims in compliance with USDA guidelines
