Falls Church, Virginia – April 7, 2026 – 11th Hour Service is honored to share the award of a prime contract with the U.S. Department of the Interior’s (DOI) Interior Business Center (IBC), Financial Management Directorate (FMD), for Operations Support services.  

The contract carries a total value of $6,198,541.50 and was awarded competitively among four bidders as a Small Business Set-Aside under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract vehicle. 

The Work 

Based in Denver, Colorado, this multi-year award is structured as a base period plus two option years. It positions 11th Hour Service at the center of one of the federal government’s most critical shared services environments. Our team will deliver support across four core areas: 

  • Financial Management & Accounting Operations – Providing accurate, compliant financial operations in support of IBC’s broad client base 
  • Budget Formulation, Execution & Reconciliation – Supporting the planning and execution of budgets across IBC-supported programs 
  • Acquisition & Business Operations Support – Enabling efficient procurement and operational functions within the Directorate 
  • Data Analysis, Reporting & Process Improvement – Delivering actionable insights and driving continuous improvement across financial management workflows 

Why It Matters 

The IBC is the only federal agency designated by both OMB and OPM as a Center of Excellence for its outstanding performance in delivering financial management and human resources services, making this contract a high-visibility, high-impact engagement. By supporting the IBC’s Financial Management Directorate operations, 11th Hour Service plays a direct role in helping over 150 federal agencies across the government run more efficiently and effectively.
