David Halstead will be joining us as President, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Sadaf Huque as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of September 1st.

As President and COO, David will assist in growing and strengthening every aspect of the Company. His initial focus will be on expanding our Operations and Business Development capabilities. This supports our focus on business growth, client services, and employee development. David is an accomplished executive in our industry. He has earned the respect of government and contracting industry leaders through his abilities and results. He has testified before Congressional Committee on financial management reform in government and has been a featured speaker on business design and organizational development.
As the firm’s CFO, Sadaf will manage and direct all finance, accounting, audit, budgeting, contracts, pricing, and financial reporting functions. She has extensive experience in all of these functional areas and, as a professional accountant. Sadaf is well-respected in the CFO community to develop and implement disciplined processes and procedures that result in compliance and corporate efficiencies, long-lasting vendor partnerships, successful rate and pricing strategies, and lifecycle contract management. With our growth and expansion comes refinements and requirements to scale employee and vendor support. In addition to meeting those challenges, Sadaf will be bringing additional innovation, standardization, and simplicity to 11th Hour Service and our back-office operations.
