Position Overview:

As the SAP Oil & Gas Go-to-Market Leader, you will play a pivotal role in positioning our organization for growth within the rapidly changing oil and gas sector. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for SAP solutions tailored to the unique needs of this industry. Your expertise will help differentiate our service offerings, drive sales, and contribute to our overall success. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Vision:
    • Set the strategic vision for SAP solutions within the oil and gas sector.
    • Understand market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to shape our offerings.
  2. Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
    • Define target customer segments, value propositions, and messaging.
  3. Sales Enablement:
    • Work closely with sales teams to provide them with the necessary tools and resources.
    • Create sales collateral, thought leadership materials, and presentations.
    • Support sales pursuits by integrating technology capabilities into proposals.
  4. Thought Leadership:
    • Author thought leadership content related to SAP solutions in the oil and gas industry.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  5. Client Engagement:
    • Engage with energy industry technology leaders and client-serving teams.
    • Understand client pain points and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Operational Excellence:
    • Drive operational transformation by applying innovative technology solutions.
    • Identify areas for operational efficiency improvement (e.g., HSSE, accounting, logistics).
    • Analyze operational KPIs to optimize costs and revenue.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Engineering).
  • Proven experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably with exposure to SAP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, operational excellence, and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
