In parallel, the Program Management Improvement Accountability Act reinforces risk-informed execution at the program level by institutionalizing performance and governance disciplines. Together, these changes reflect a broader evolution from compliance-driven risk management toward enterprise-wide, decision-centric risk practices aligned to mission outcomes.
