Falls Church, Virginia – October 8, 2025 – 11th Hour Service is pleased to announce the award of a two-year, prime contract with the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Office. The firm secured the award after competing against seven other bidders, reinforcing its position as a trusted provider of mission-focused consulting services to the federal government.
The DHS CWMD Office was established in 2017 to strengthen the Department’s ability to prevent, protect against, and respond to threats involving chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear materials. Under this award, 11th Hour Service will provide comprehensive financial program support to CWMD’s Budget & Finance Office (BFO). The scope of work includes budgeting, accounting, compliance, program analysis, travel management, and financial systems support—all designed to ensure sound fiscal stewardship in support of CWMD’s national security mission.
