WASHINGTON, DC, January 2018 – 11th Hour Service was nominated as Small Business Subcontractor of the Year through the Small Business Administrations (SBA) Small Business Week Awards. The award recognizes “small businesses that have provided the government and industry with outstanding goods and services as subcontractors,” according to SBA’s website.
