” Lindsay is an energetic and charismatic leader with over 9 years of 360 recruiting and management experience. Lindsay’s career started with a top 4 global recruiting firm in Australia 2010 where he worked with clients in the federal and commercial sectors servicing finance and accounting, professional services, not for profits and construction. Lindsay was quickly identified as a born leader and was tasked with managing what was initially a small team that he grew and ended up becoming the Team Of The Year 2012-2013 across Australia and New Zealand in just over 12 months. Lindsay’s testament to his success was the multiple promotions, outstanding fee performances by his team and market share dominance.
Lindsay’s passion for people and his thirst for development had him relocate to the US in 2016 to launch an office for said recruiting firm servicing the DC, MD and VA area. Throughout Lindsay’s 3.5 years locally he has been tasked with opening new business ventures and business lines, market expansion and account management not only locally though also on a national level.
