11th Hour Service is currently seeking Performance Improvement Consultants to support a Federal agency client engagement based on-site at the Pentagon.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide data-driven recommendations on process improvement, strategic planning, and readiness enhancement to Navy senior leadership, including the CNO, VCNO, and Director of the Navy Problem Solving and Process Improvement Office (PSO).
  • Utilize driver-based performance management practices, advanced problem-solving tools, and iterative methodologies to address barriers to performance and readiness.
  • Collaborate with senior Navy leaders to analyze, design, and implement corporate processes, ensuring alignment with readiness and performance goals.
  • Conduct assessments, develop solutions, and deliver training on problem-solving and process improvement tools.
  • Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings to present findings and recommendations to Navy and Department of the Navy leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (relevant business-related fields preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
