Role Highlights & Requirements

Position Details

• Title: Administrative Nurse Manager (ANM) PACU

• Schedule: 12 PM – 8 PM, Monday through Friday

• Compensation: Starting at $160,000 and up, depending on education and experience

Key Qualifications

We are seeking a strong, experienced leader for this role. The minimum requirements include:

• NY State Registered Professional Nurse License.

• Master’s degree from an accredited program, or a projected graduation date within three years of position acceptance.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of management or progressive leadership experience.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of pediatric ASU/PACU experience (this is a must).

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

 

About the Role

The Administrative Nurse Manager is a vital position for supervision, scheduling, hiring, firing, and performance appraisal of nursing and ancillary associates. The role also coordinates other activities like inventory management and budgeting, all while maintaining professional practice standards and clinical expertise.
