Former US Secretary of Veterans Affairs Dr. David Shulkin Joins 11th Hour Service

As Secretary, Dr. Shulkin represented the 21 million American veterans and was responsible for the nation’s largest integrated healthcare system with over 1,200 sites of care, serving over 9 million veterans. He is President and CEO of Shulkin Solutions, Inc., a firm dedicated to promoting innovation in healthcare and advocating for veterans and underserved populations. Dr. Shulkin also served as Undersecretary for Health from 2015 to 2017.
